Payment and Credit Terms - Any account with a #-1 rating in the Jewelers Board of Trade will receive an open account. All others must supply three trade references, name and account number of their bank. We will ship C.O.D. upon request. To those accounts acceptable to our credit committee, we offer the privilege of 30 day payment from the date of shipment. Payments received after that date are subject to a finance charge of 2% per month or the maximum rate allowed by law. Invoices not paid by the 75th day will result in a permanent loss of credit privileges and notification to proper credit agencies.

Shipping - All goods are shipped via UPS blue label, or overnight, at the customer's request. Goods are F.O.B. factory. All shipments will be sent insured unless we are notified otherwise.

Metal Pricing - All goods are priced at the date of order, unless you request otherwise. Our pricing is based on the "2nd London" fix of precious metals as shown by Handy and Harmon (Tel: 914.696.8681) or TheBullionDesk.com.
